This is a two and half hour Zoom training session with a limited number of just 24 spaces, enabling real interaction with Karen Turton, our Performance and Learning Director.
This is about getting your team leaders, be they Area Managers or GMs, into the mindset to give a customer experience that will ensure the business success going forward.
This is not about PPE and social distancing – this is about being able to manage and motivate their team(s) and provide them with the positivity to ensure a first-class experience from car park to table.
Aimed at providing real insight into how to get the team working at 100 per cent and provide that real positivity which makes sure a venue has that unmistakeable buzz that guarantees a fantastic experience is going to be enjoyed by all of those inside and outside – including the staff.
Karen Turton’s experience as a highly successful operations director before becoming a performance coach will mean that the ‘course’ is focussed on the issues that are actually being faced by Area Managers and GMs. This is ensuring they have the mindset to be ready to open those doors and provide the most positive breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks experience that they can.
