Inspired in the first days of Covid-19 Lockdown, Transition introduced this weekly drop-in Zoom session to help community, confidence and communication for individuals stranded from their usual work environment. All at no cost.

Usually led by Karen Turton, this is a 30-minute online interactive dial-in for an online interactive session that features a selection of the models and ideas that Transition offers; it provides the chance of learning something, engaging with others – and a bit of laughter.

MSLP is our premium open course – taking GMs and turning them into high-performing regional managers with the skills to lead, to motivate a team and to achieve outstanding business success.

It is specifically designed to help successful unit managers become effective multi-site leaders. This promotion is fraught with challenges. The autonomous command and control in their pub, bar or restaurant cannot be infinitely extended just by working harder and faster. MSLP introduces the soft but essential skills of effective communication, empowerment and leadership in multi-site managers who almost always, by definition, have to be somewhere else.

This programme is high energy and high impact and takes place over four x 36 hour modules (residential). It is simply guaranteed to make a game-changing difference to the thinking and behaviour of attendees.

Our tutors have all stood in the shoes of those in front of them. They understand the challenges they face with remote leadership and they will inspire and equip the delegates to overcome those hurdles and become leaders their team will want to follow and their companies cherish..

The Multi-site Leaders Programme instils the soft but essential skills of effective communication, empowerment and leadership in multi-site managers who almost always, by definition, have to be somewhere else.

The programme will start at 11am on the 8th September and end at around 4pm on 9th September 2021.

The programme will start at 11am on the 12th October and end at around 1pm on 13th October 2021.

Module 3 commences immediately after Module 2 ends.

The programme will start at 2pm on the 13th October and end at around 5pm on 14th October 2021.

Module 3 commences immediately after Module 2 ends.

The programme will start at 11am on the 2nd November and end at around 4pm on 3rd November 2021.

This is an intense programme that is based at ‘our’ residential home – Middle Aston House, nr Bicester. OX25 5PT. This opens up Google Maps for Middle Aston House.

The tranquil setting enables delegates to focus on the learning rather than the hustle and bustle of a city venue.
